There was a Trial shift on the shop floor packing crisps into a box at a fast pace to see how you would cope, that’s it really and a maths and English test

Interview
Simple interview with maths and english tests. Brief explanation on role and what is expected of you if hired. Total interview time was about 4 hours and a half. The 1:1 interview was very easy with straight forward questions based on roleplay and previous experience.
