I took part in an online interview in the second stage where I answered questions speaking to my webcam alone. I then had an interview on the online assessment day with PepsiCo employees and it felt quite casual.

Written questions were presented and I had to record my response on my laptop and send them in. I got 2 chances to record each question except for the last two questions. I was also given thinking time to formulate a decent answer
