The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo in May 2012
Interview
The process is rather straight forward. I looked at Pepsico's listed online jobs and found the one I was looking for. After applying for the position I received a phone call within 4 days and was scheduled for a phone interview the following day. After a day they called back and invited me back for a plant tour.

I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Long process but they take the time to get to know you and allow you to get to know the company and culture which is great. Involved 3 stages; 2 panel interviews and then a 1:1 on-site interview with the manager and a final interview with the District manager. HR was great and kept in touch along the way to provide updates and check-in. Got to meet several employees throughout the process to learn about their experience and career paths.

Submitted my resume at a career fair. Got a call from HR within several days. Had my initial interview that same week at the university with two higher up plant managers. I was then contacted for an onsite interview about one to two weeks later. This consisted of a plant tour and 3 different interview sections with about 10 different managers total from the plant including the director, followed by an HR meeting to discuss salary.
