I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pediatric Developmental Therapy
Interview
It's a set of two interviews. First one is one on one with the boss and second one is a working interview. The working interview felt redundant, as if they're just looking for labor without actually hiring you. The boss was not there to oversee the working interview. Fair warning, decline a working interview if asked! It's just a waste of time, while they reap the benefits of you working and handling sensitive patient information

Question 1
What are your goals and where do you see your self in 5 years?
They asked good questions. I learned about the company during the interview. I had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more. They went over benefits with me during the interview.
