On entering the company, they were experiencing difficulty after launching an untested application for customer use. The interview process went pretty smooth as the need was so urgent. The hiring manager was eager to get me involved and was open to whatever the findings were.

Realizei o processo seletivo para o referido cargo, entretanto a empresa se mostrou muito amadora em seu processo de recrutamento e seleção, pois as informações fornecidas na descrição da vaga não bateram com as informações fornecidas pelo RH na primeira entrevista e pelos coordenadores na segunda entrevista, sem contar que perguntaram se possuía disponibilidade para começar em uma data X e, passada essa data, não deram retorno e reabriram todo o processo seletivo, quando contatei o RH sobre isso a resposta foi grossa e sem educação de inicio, depois apagaram a mensagem e falaram que ainda estava em análise, a vaga segue em aberto até o momento e nenhuma resposta foi fornecida.
