Interview
Great interview process, friendly staff and impressive lead physician in the NoVa region. Nice tour of the facility, the work flow a sincere conversation with said lead physician. He was frank but professional about his expectations and was genuinely interested in mine. Based on my answers he was able to highlight the aspects of the company and locations that met those items or were unable to do so. It was refreshing to have a fellow medical professional conduct the interview and cut through the 'fluff' and collegially but yet professionally get to 'brass tax'.

What am I looking for in my first practice/ medical job since graduation?
very smooth, very helpful and positive environment. I am still in the process for the application, but I enjoyed the initial meeting, and I am very impressed, as overall, since application and initial contact all were very professional and very well organized. Ample opportunities for your liking.

Very low key. Felt welcomed! Phone interview first. Received information about the company and their benefits. Met the medical director in person, they were wonderful and easy to speak with!
