The hiring and interview process is a little slow at first. After getting throught to the first interview, I found the interview very comfortalbe and friendly.

The most difficult question that is ask, is to describe yourself in one word. This is difficult because you dont want to use the typical words. Finding one that is unique is very difficult.

Thorough, professional, friendly. I had a great experience. I felt welcome, and was asked a few challenging questions but I can appreciate the process. I can say it was a great first interview for myself.
