For the internship, you are typically given a screening, behavioural interview phone call from a recruiter that lasts 30 minutes where they just get to know you a little bit more. After that, you will then be given an interview time and place (typically at your University) a few weeks later.
The night before the official in-person interview with Pariveda, they invite all of the interview candidates to a nice, fully-paid for, 3-course dinner at one of the best restaurants in town. You get to learn more about the people interviewing you the next day, and you get to talk in a more causal manner about life, Pariveda, school, you name it.
The in-person behavioural interview is scheduled for an hour and is where a full-time employee asks you questions about your resume, past experiences you've had, and typical behavioural questions.
If the interview went well, the next and final step you take is the B-APT technical assessment that tests your ability to do problem solving with a pseudo programming language.
After that, you will get a phone call the next week if you got the offer.
