Interview
Two interviews.
First was store manager then district manager.
Fairly easy.
They are very observant.
They want to see how you spend your time and how busy you are
They look for fast-paced and effiecent
They are very detail oriented.
They usually ask you if you would like a drink. Take the drink and be very fast to fill your cup. They observe how quick you can do that and take that as how hard and fast you'll work.
They are very strange
Interview was quick and oriented on you individual skills working in a fast paced environment. What strengths and weaknesses you have, any experience in food, etc. They may ask you about your personal life as to any hobby you might have as well.

She ask some questions and I answered. Then after two days I work my first shift.And it wasn’t too bad. Everyone was nice. But the interview was short and simple

Interview
Will be interviewed by store manager first, if passed, then will have a second interview with the general manager either in person or over the phone. They will ask questions to see if qualifications are met to their standards.
