I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PCA Promotions (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2017
Interview
Fast not a lot was explained in regards to the job itself. Misinformed in regards to the actual job itself. I feel as though if the criteria was explained it would have changed my decision. Overall it was a great learning experience and im glad all I've learned from that job.

Question 1
Why did you work at so many jobs for such little time?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PCA Promotions (North York, ON) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process consist of 2 interviews, one with a hiring manager and the second with a sales trainer on a job shadow day. I found this to be extremely effective as I got a chance to see a typical day and to speak directly with someone who started just like me.
In the first interview, the advertising model is thoroughly explained and samples of actual current campaigns are shown and explained. I was excited so decided to do the second interview to see for myself the actual success and not just use a bad review to base my decision on as the person writing the bad review could have been someone who failed at the company.
The job shadow day was amazing! I spent an 8 hour day with a rep watching and learning first hand how lucrative this type of work is. I mean, if you're motivated you can actually make close to $300 in a day. This I saw with my own two eyes. It makes total sense why people wouldn't want the base of $600.
at the end of the day there was a written quiz and then a final interview with me, the trainer I spent the day with and the hiring manager. I was offered the position and gladly took it.
