      Leasing Agent Interview

      18 Oct 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at P.B. Bell in Apr 2011

      Interview

I was an employee referral. I interviewed on three different occasions in person. i got a call within a week to start immediately. The first interview is typically with the manager and the second with the portfolio director. I got to my interviews fifteen minutes early, because growing up I was always told, "ten minutes early is actually five minutes late." I was annoyed that my interviewer did not acknowledge me until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. After being in the industry a while, and working that property, I understand the reason why.

      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at P.B. Bell (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2011

      Interview

Mostly I remember them wanting to know how you would handle making decisions and handling disgruntled residents. It was pretty laid back. I met with the community manager at the time and she interviewed me. Human resources called and offered me a salary and then I went for drug testing.
