Stage 1: online exam - Mental Ability, basic coding in C, OOP concepts, trees etc.
Stage 2: Written test - 3 simple coding questions, 1 brainteaser.
Coding: Matrix multiplication, transposing, finding palindromes etc.
Stage 3: 1:1 interview - Knight's tour (Chess problem) algo, Tower of Hanoi problem etc.

The knight has to cover all 64 problems of the chess board. What will be your algorithm to find if 1) it is possible. 2) if possible, find the solution.
