They asked about my background and then asked if I’d like to come in and look at the office and then sent me my rejection email afterwards. Do your candidates a favor Optum and don’t be misleading! If you are not interested in a candidate do NOT ask them if they would like to come in and look at the office. I will not be applying with this company again!

Easy rounds of interview . Process takes a bit time but it's okay to wait for a good company. There are 3 rounds of interview HR round and ops round which is mostly on video call and final one is face to face interview.
