Recruiter seemed like a flake. Unresponsive. No follow up. Something definitely seems broken in their process and they do not seem people focused. Terrible impression of the company. Low glassdoor reviews and i can see why.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Optiv (Denver, CO)
Interview
I had 3 phone screens and 2 onsite interviews. Each of the onsite interviews lasted well over an hour so I had to pay for the full day parking ($20/day). It was an excessive interview process to ask the same questions over and over again with a different team each time. While I think its a great company I do feel like the interview process was a bit time consuming to decide that someone isn't the right candidate. After the second or third interview you would assume they had a feel for the right candidate as it does take time and money on both sides to attend these interviews.
