This was the most enjoyable interview process I have ever experienced. The interview process was wonderfully challenging, but I wouldn't say it was difficult because everyone made me feel so at ease. I applied with O@W in September. The interview process was straightforward and the team was highly efficient and responsive. The interview questions were engaging and showed me that the organization values people and authenticity.

Interview
Typical initial phone screening, then panel interview, followed by an assignment, and then a final interview with the supervisor. All were scheduled with a scheduling tool that allowed you to pick from a few different time slots.
