I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Fort Wayne, IN) in May 2021
Interview
It was a great experience. They really try their best to train you before you even walk through the door. One of the best experiences I've ever had. All of the staff was ready and willing to answer questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Pretty run of the mill process. The usual generic "describe a time when..." type of questions. Towards the end, a few position specific questions and scenarios. Nothing particularly deep or trap-like. And then the ghosting... This one felt "different". Got through the phone screen...got through the 1:1 with the Center Director. Got the usual rigamarole of "we will get back to you one way or another within a week." A week became two Two weeks became a month Several follow up emails Finally, after two months: "I am terribly sorry for not reaching out sooner. We have had some staffing changes but that not excuse our tardiness in reaching back out to you. We have filled the role that you previously applied for but hope you will keep us in mind for future opportunities." Damn right, that is no excuse. Be better, Oak Street Health. No, you didn't promise me the role, but you did promise some degree of transparency which you failed to follow through on...
