I applied online. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (New York, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
Interviews with Recruiter/HR were good but the meeting with the Hiring Manager seemed less like an interview and more like a screening. Generic interview questions were asked and not much about examples of what I've actually done. I really thought at the end that was just a screening and there would be more. However, a few days later I got turned down. HM definitely needs interview training.
four interviews after the screener with the recruiter: hiring manager, two "peer" managers and VP. Oak Street is very interested in right "fit" for the role. Interviews scheduled in quick succession to the next; entire process took 3 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Spoke to HR, then scheduled another interview with leadership. After that within a few days an offer was made. Two weeks (at most) for onboarding, then scheduled for orientation. It was a quick and positive experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oak Street Health (Jackson, MS) in Dec 2022
Interview
I spoke with the HR Recruiter, the Regional Director, the Regional VP, and did a final interview at the clinic. It was a really long process. The questions were very typical, and all the interviews were Zoom except the clinic interview.
