ONE Championship interview questions

Started with phone interview then video call interview with team members. The interview focuses mainly on looking at your resume and understanding details mentioned in the resume. Questions are mostly general with some department specific questions. Overall, they are not just interested in your competencies but also to see if you are a cultural fit.

Utter disrespect for a candidate. Hiring manager joined the interview late and had eyes glued on his phone during the interview while asking generic questions. Stood up 15 minutes into the meeting and mentioned that he had another appointment. This was before the hour slot was up. Regardless of the quality of my answers, this conduct is unprofessional and I wonder about the culture within the company if a director acts this way.
