First they posted an ad online with no specific salary, position, requirements, etc. They contacted most of the applicants via email and provided instructions to be included in the first interview. It was a group interview. There were 2 rounds of interviews, at 7 PM, two consecutive days, 30 people each day. They gave us job applications to fill out. There was a brief introduction about the company and they invited us to see the office. They never gave us specifics about the position and salary. The doctor told us a bit of herself. Then a 10 minutes break. Then they gave us a piece of paper and asked like 5 questions about what the doctor discussed. Then another break. They disqualified those with wrong answers and selected those to stay for the next step. They did quick interviews 1:1 with the ones who stayed. After a couple of days they called back for a second interview. Then for a third.
