At the time I went through numerous interview processes but it was nothing like Notch. Their process was efficient and quick.. They made sure to keep me in the loop throughout every single interview. Not only did they communicate, but they treated me like I was already in their company. The interviewers were very sweet, and down to earth, and after meeting with each interviewer, it made me want to be a part of this company more and more. My interview process was with two interviewers and it was done within a week - crazy right?
