I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) in Jun 2013
Interview
Comprehensive, many people. But just one day, which is good. Still, not knowing with whom I was interviewing made it difficult for me to be prepared on which subjects to speak. Professionalism and stamina are important, to be able to remain enthusiastic when repeating some of the same answers to different groups.
