Completely confused. Shown around the place, then passed from one to another of the other CSR/managers. I was left standing there for 20 minutes or slightly longer. I'm not sure they really asked me very much at all.

Interview
Interview was great. I first met with Joan who did most the interview. She also showed me around the hospital and brought me to the front desk to get a feel of how it works. Fron the second I walked in until I left the staff were incredibly nice and seemed like a great place to work. It was a smooth/ comfortable interview.
