Phone call my HR manager to setup interview date. Interview with HR manager, go over resume. That ends and then the Inventory Control Manager comes in for a second interview. Asks about an accomplishment I made on a previous job. Likes what I did and hires me.

None really. The HR and ICT manager just wanted to see something I was able to accomplish. I've never felt more comfortable on a job interview.
