I was referred by a friend, but I didn’t hear back from HR until three weeks later. When the interview was finally scheduled, HR missed the appointment, and it was rescheduled for the following week. Just before the new interview time, HR requested to reschedule again. After I spoke with HR, she did not follow up or respond to my follow-up messages. Two weeks later, the hiring manager reached out directly, and I had a 45-minute conversational interview with them. After another 2-3 weeks, I was scheduled to meet with a team member. Unfortunately, I received a rejection two days after that meeting. I was rejected two days later.
