I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (White Plains, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
Hiring took forever- I mean forever. I applied in December 2010 and I have not heard back until March 2011. It is not much better now... either you know someone or I do not know how you get there... everyone who works there is related to someone else.. there are entire families working- mother in kitchen, father cleaning, son at the unit, daughter in administration- you get the drift.
