There was an initial phone screening call which was very informative. The position was adequately described, which seemed to be an entry level position. However, they were not supportive of a master's student applying for the position, which was surprising and unfortunate.

Interview
Was hired through Americorp. Intially out of country during interview time, set up Skype call. Interviewed with Program Manager and Director of Programming. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. When I was back in town, went into the center and had another 15-20 min in-person meeting.
