Network Rail Performance Analyst interview questions

Online interview with two people. Had to preform some analysis in excel using pivot tables. Asked a number of STAR questions and why I wanted to work at the company.

Online application form, Game-based psychometric tests, then a video interview before the assessment centre. This process was fine but a bit lengthy (4-5 months). Assessment Centre organisation was an absolute shambles. Sent emails everyday telling me to sign up for one but there were none available to sign up for, told to check everyday which I did. When slots eventually became available I was given an email confirmation and told to arrange travel. I was rung roughly a week before the assessment centre and told that the assessment centre was cancelled due to over-subscription and to keep an eye out for new dates. These new dates never came and when I rang the organisers they said that the original date I had signed up for had gone ahead and there wouldn't be any more! What a great introduction to recruitment for students! Huge waste of my time applying.
