Exactly as described on their website, with the exception that they looked through my Github (without me asking them too) and opted to skip the technical call on the basis of what they saw. The trial day, despite some hiccups regarding setting up the laptop to work on, was very well organised and it was clear that the company were keen to make the interview process as positive as possible. I won't divulge how much they paid me personally but it was more than enough for it to feel like they valued my time (a rarity in tech interview processes, in my experience; in return they likely get a very good read of most candidates.
