I have applied for one of this role through our UNB Co-op process and they selected me for an 1 hour interview. During the interview period the Hiring-manager and HR have asked me bunch of questions related with Technical and Behavioral questions and I did pretty well based on my previous Co-op experience. After the interview session Hiring-manager sent me an email with Two programming problem solving to complete by me where deadline is 24Hrs and before the deadline within 12 hrs I have solved these Two problems and sent back him the source code and after that the follow up email from him was - will let you know by tomorrow. Afterwards, next day I got email that they would like to hire me for next 4 months and I have accepted after making decision although I had two other job offer from IBM and Rio Tinto at the same time but I declined their offer. Finally, I have sent all the documents whatever they want to me as per the hiring process. Now, pretty excited to start work with NRC as a Cyber Security Co-op Student from January 2020. Thanks!
