it was fairly simple starting with a group activity followed by single questioning and then the second interview is for them to check how you are in the phones and your mannerisms
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at NHS (Wakefield, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Lengthy process from submitting the application, getting notified a month later to all DBS checks being done to then waiting another month for the interview. I applied in October and started my role in February. I would say the process for the interview was easy the interviewer was nice and assisted a long the way for one of the answers. The interview took place over Teams Meeting. I would recommend prepping for the interview and most of it is competency and experience based. They’re evaluating your technical ability and how you get things done, your values and if you have a sense of self awareness. Keep those in mind when answering and you’ll be a successful candidate in the process. If successful you have to attend an open day with them and they just go over paperwork and your shift times.
I applied online. I interviewed at NHS (Glasgow, Scotland) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview was done remotely via video call, photographic I’d is required before the interview starts. Spoke about my background and then answered 4 competency based questions using STAR technique. Went well
