The interview process took a few weeks. I had a 30 minute phone screening interview with a Valassis (they are the parent company) employee. I went in in person the next week for a first round interview with some generic work and experience questions, then came in again the next day for a second round. The second round was a pair of simulations; one writing a one page synopsis from a PowerPoint presentation, and the other finding and fixing errors in an Excel spreadsheet.
