      Product Analyst Interview

      7 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Sept 2025

      Interview

Communication was great until it wasn't. From application submittal to first round interview was about two weeks. The recruiter was helpful and prompt when I had a conflict. In the end they ghosted me. I didn't even get a canned rejection email.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I applied for this position online on a Monday evening. To my surprise I had an email from the recruiter the very next morning. The email advised she was interested in a phone interview with me. There was a link to her schedule for a few days and asked that I pick 3 different times that would work for me. I did as instructed and selected day/times that worked. Shortly thereafter I received the schedule request for the interview for the next day. I was excited as it's rare to hear something back from an application this quickly. The next morning, which was the day of the planned interview, I get an email from the recruiter advising she had a family emergency and needed to cancel. She then asked if we could reschedule for either Friday or Monday and if so to include some times. I responded with new times for the days requested. This is where it gets strange, I never heard a word from her again. At first I assumed the family situation may have meant she was out longer than expected. I waited patiently. On the next Monday morning I emailed asking politely is she was still interested in having the phone interview as I would need to set that time aside on my schedule. Again nothing. I was literally ghosted. I didn't even get the obligatory rejection email. And to add to the insult I see the position is still available. I would have at the very least expected a response advising they were no longer interested. It all seemed very unprofessional and plain rude.
