I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NASB Financial (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2020
Interview
During the process, there were multiple interviews with Human Resources and the hiring manager over a time period of about 2 weeks to a month. They had me interview with multiple higher level team members at the same time.

Question 1
What previous job or position do you think prepared you to work at NASB.
After 3.5 hours of interviewing and a final interview set up, the HR Director contacted me the morning before the final interview to inquire about my personal business not listed on my resume. She did not give me a chance to explain that the business had already ended. Two hours after the call, I received an email of last-minute scheduling change that they were canceling the interview. They would "once ready to move forward again, they'll circle back". Three days later I received a standard pre-written rejection email.

Question 1
I'm sure NASB is a good place to work. However, if you are an HR professional, stay away. The HR Director does not have the level of professionalism required to develop a team. No matter what the situation is, as an adult, you should be honest in all of your communications whether its with employees or job seekers. In this case, she wasn't honest which is unprofessional and simply disappointing.
