Interview
The first round interview was conducted with one of their professors. Overall the interview was not too heavy but more like conversation about my previous research and project experience. Nothing really challenging questions. No behavioral questions.

The interview was very focused on my previous statistical experience but the questions were very straight-forward something like this: Tell me about your capstone project. Tell me about your data mining project
I had an initial one-on-one interview with one of the professors that lasted about 30 minutes. It was relatively straightforward, focusing primarily on my background and several questions about my capstone projects and the research I’ve done so far. Very easy standard interview.
I sent a thank-you email on the same day I had an interview and follow-up after one week. But I haven't heard anything.

Interview
Easy going. Included a brief background check and standard non-technical interview questions. The experience felt like a cultural fit check for the prospective team, and whether you could be a good communicator since the nature of the job is talking to many non-statisticians.
