Interview
The interview process was online, then had a telephone interview after several days of job submission. The application process was easy but the list of requirements can seem daunting. It isn't the case. Motorola has strict hiring guidelines. I qualified for more but I lost interest due to the empty feeling and the looming transition to downtown that will be coming.
Generally normal interview questions, no random questions. Done over the phone and was a smooth process. Had a range of questions asking about previous experiences, educational background, hobbies, motivations, interests
