Interview
The initial interview at the college campus was great. The interviewer really seemed to enjoy getting to know college students and their basic personality traits. I was very comfortable. The communication to plan the second round interview in Schaumburg was very easy and friendly. The second round interview lasted an entire day, but they spent a good portion of it teaching about Motorola (even though I had studied a great deal beforehand). There was no hidden agenda for the day. I kept thinking they were going to turn off the presentation and pop-quiz us, but they didn't. There were two interviews that day, less than one hour each. Again, it felt as if they were trying to get to know our personality and willingness to work - not quiz us. There weren't any brain-teaser questions. I was very comfortable again.

I don't specifically recall, but in an answer to one of their questions I said I managed my time well. They caught on that and proceeded to ask several questions really trying to understand (or be sure) I did manage my time well. I think I ended up giving an example of my day from waking up to going to sleep.

Interview
Interviewers were all very friends. Most questions were focused on expierence and ability to react in certain situations. There was not a lot of emphasis on case studies or skill set as it was an entry level position. Each interviwer had a recommended list of questions from HR. Some stuck to this sheet and others created more of a conversation. One of the easiest interview process that I expierenced.
