A very long and tedious interview process, lasting over 3 months With extremely poor communication to candidates. Only video interviews via Skype they don’t meet face to face. This Employer has complete contempt for candidates. I would never recommend the company.

Senior position was asked graduate level questions.
I had 4 interviews for Sustainalytics, including a case study on sustainability. Each interview was about 1 hour. I was asked about ESG reporting, carbon data, research experience, client exposure.

Smooth and fast, I received an offer within a week . There were two rounds of interview. Both technical. Many financial questions were asked. Mostly about ratios, mutual funds, latest financial developments, sectors, types of investments
