Interview
Panel interview with both founders, the CEO, the COO, and two laboratory directors plus or minus various people. The number of people was intimidating but in retrospect it shouldn't have been. Very kind and no intimidating questions. It was completely unnecessary to have everyone there but that more or less seemed like who they are: group workers! I was contacted a day later with an offer by the CEO--then it was emailed in writing.
