On Site interview included questions from manager and then a quick factory tour. All questions were basic behavioral interview format. Entire process took about 2 hours

Applied directly on website. The HR reach out to me for a phone call. Asking questions like “why Moog? Describe your experience and why you are a fit.
Then I was scheduled for an in person interview. Meet with the hiring manager and ME II For 2h30min make sure you can backup anything in your resume cause that’s what they will be questioning about. They also asked if I had data analysis experience. And had a guided tour
