Interview
The interview was over very quickly once they identified I wasn’t the best fit for the role. It took around 20mins. I’m guessing the level they’re looking for was Senior Project Manager (judging from the requirement and nuance I received in the interview) and I wasn’t at that level yet.

Question 1
Walk me through your experience and your strength.
Straightforward and standard on interview so just do normal practice and you’ll be fine. Product sense and analytics. The exec interviews want you to show strategy and what not. Everyone was kind and released during the interviews
I had 30 minute individual interviews with a design, product, engineering, and growth marketing lead. Each had a different case or behavioral study. I then spoke with a hiring manager, and the rest was history.

I remember the growth marketing lead asking me how I would measure the efficacy of a billboard ad.
It was straightforward, it had a couple of steps. It does take a long time so be prepared to wait. But the questions are interesting and makes you think, know the company really well, know why you want to work, know your strength and weakness
