TLDR; don't bother interviewing here. I had a phone recruiter screen, tech screen, and then HR call. Went well, the recruiter ghosted me for 2 WEEKS after 2 followups on my part after the hiring manager call. Somehow she followed up with positive news I was going to the panel. I have never had a panel interview that was so disrespectful of me and my time. I had completed 3/4 calls and then the last one that was a tech call with the hiring manager that was cancelled a minute before it was supposed to happen. No explanation. The recruiter called me the next day (after i had to follow up) that they picked someone else “further along”. I was in the final stage that didnt make sense. The interview was fairly positive so i dont get why they made a decision during my call and cut my interview short. I was nothing but kind and respectful. I am extremely disappointed and feel disrespected of my time that i wasted interviewing with mindbody.
