3 Stages: Phone screen with talent acquisition, Phone screen with manager, followed by a 3 hours interview.
The final interview consisted of four 45 minutes sessions each with 2 panel members: PM's, Quality / Reliability Managers & engineers, and Electrical Engineers.
A mixture of behavioral, technical and experience based questions.
Offer received 1.5 months after final interview.

Had three interviews; the first was a 30-min phone screen with a recruiter, then there was a video call with hiring manager, finally there was an onsite portion.
To Milwaukee Tool: if you are going to send a rejection letter to someone after 3 interviews including an onsite, at least have the decency to personalize your email and at least send it when the candidate is not sleeping!
