The interview process with MilliporeSigma was very engaging. I was given the opportunity to answer questions about myself and my experiences, and I was asked about my career goals. Everyone I had the opportunity to interview with was very outgoing and experienced.

Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how you overcame that challenge.
Very normal interview, nothing out of the ordinary. Two interviews, both of which went okay. Both interviews on zoom, then they followed up through email promptly. This would definitely be a little bit harder if it were for a job interview but since it was an internship, it seemed a little bit easier to interview for.

The interview is enjoyable. The hiring team mainly focused on your CV, and it is necessary to add more details in combination with your experience. Just review your CV in-depth and make sure you have a story matched to whatever you wrote in ur CV.
