Microsoft Program Management Intern interview questions

30-minute Phone interview initial screening asking strictly behavioral and product design questions. Then final interview day with 4 different Program/Product Managers full times from different levels. The response came back within 2 weeks after the final interview.

The interview consisted of one behavioral and three design questions. All three design questions were simple design questions such as designing a parking app for a concert venue, designing a kitchen application for the elderly, etc
