You have to apply online. Very basic. They have you answer 10 questions about experience and customer service. A lot of Scenario questions. They do a brief phone confirmation and then a one on one interview.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
