It wasn't hard.Ask easy questions.Its one on one.Answer accordingly.Keep it short and sweet,but informative.Be assertive in your answers.It always good to ask questions yourself,it shows that your interested.You don't have to be an artist to work their.But if you are it's fun.

describe a challenging moment in your career and how you reacted to it. I said one time i had a conflict with someone and then we were able to resolve it.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Interview
Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
