The interview itself was fairly standard--they went through my CV and I met with one other senior person who sat in on the interview in addition to my primary interviewer. Although the two people I met were friendly enough, despite what I thought was a solid and strong interview, they showed zero respect for my time and simply ghosted me after a month or two, despite promising multiple times they'd get back to me with an update. Even a curt but polite email informing folks who were not selected for the next round of interviews would better than the alternative,
Ultimately, I ended up securing a job elsewhere in a far more communicative environment.
