I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta
Interview
Multiple rounds with heavy analysis even for a senior person. The problem was that they were looking for their answers and their step by step process uncaring if there were quicker/other methods to get to similar if not a better place. Difficult to maneuver when such a junior person was interviewing a senior person.

Question 1
Questions analyzing growth and opportunities-- how would you grow this practice? what data would you look at? what would you do if you learned xyz from the data?
Fantastic candidate experience and good conversation and timely updates. Will highly recommend when they hire again. Good luck with your interview and hope you get the role. See you on the inside.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Meta (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2018
Interview
Not too lengthy...about 7 interviews total and full background check via HireRight. Due to the visa approval, the process can take months so be patient. I did find the recruiter to be most helpful during the entire process.

Question 1
Why Facebook? This is a very cliche question but they want to start by understanding your motivation. Lots of people don’t really have clear ‘why’ they really want to work at FB so prep for this intro question. I was also expecting weird questions but they don’t do that anymore.
