I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mercy (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2023
Interview
A day or two after completing the application, I received an email stating, "You are invited to start the interview process by completing a series of questions by text or email." The multiple choice questionnaire, requires the recipient to choose which of the five(ish) answers provided is the best response to the described scenario. It's fairly easy, but time consuming.
A few minutes after completing the questionnaire, I received an email and text message stating, "You are invited to complete a self-paced phone interview."
You have 48 hours to complete the self-paced phone interview, which takes 15-20 minutes to complete.
I just finished the phone interview so I have no additional information on the process as of yet.

Interview
Applied online and was called for interview with the department head within a week of my application. I was given 3 options for the interview time. A large part of the interview was listening to the description and history of the department. I was then asked to talk about myself and why I was leaving my current employer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Mercy in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a group interview that consisted of 3 nurses and 1 other individual. They had 7 questions which were pretty simple and we flew through them pretty quickly. It was over the phone so I was not sitting down with anyone. Like usual, they told me they'd pass my info along and would contact me. Seeing how Im a current employee and was just looking to transfer I thought that they'd be transparent with me. However they never call or emailed me. I even reached out a couple times and they didnt have the respect enough to return my call.
