Hat insgesamt ca. 3 Wochen gedauert. HR schickt Email zum Vorstellungsgespräch bei Abteilungsleiter und direktem Vorgesetzten. Alles sehr nett verlaufen. Abhängig von Abteilung, wie die Gespräche verlaufen etc. Die Vertragserstellung dauerte länger, genauso wie die Beurteilung, was an der hohen Auslastung der HR liegt.
It was quite fast, main questions about the role. Quick process after the first interview.
They count the initial call as part of the recruitment, however the questions are quite unrelated, it is more if you still look for an knternship

3 rounds (phone interview/excel test/team lunch). I like the professional yet friendly vibe. Controllers and Head are really nice. Good company structure. I enjoy the time working there. Colleagues are all very helpful and genuine. Very much recommended
